BODYROK Nashville - Gulch

Had such a great time here. Haven’t really done Pilates, and it got me pretty hooked. It was such a great workout, and the instructor was amazing. Definitely would recommend getting a group of friends together and working out!

It was my first time and I loved it! Katelyn did a great job explaining each step along the way. I highly recommend, I will definitely be back! So glad I joined the ROK family!
